ClearPath™ Personal Loan Solutions — Client Service Agreement

PARTIES

This Client Service Agreement is between Capital Financial Solutions LLC ("Company") and the individual completing this form ("Client"). By electronically signing below, Client agrees to all terms herein.

1. SERVICES

The Company provides credit consulting, loan application preparation, and loan placement services through ClearPath Personal Loan Solutions. Services include a 30-minute discovery call, 3-bureau credit analysis, lender matching, loan application assistance, and a 90-day credit optimization roadmap.

2. FEES

a) Action Plan $47 (Required Prior to Discovery Call) — Non-refundable. Must be purchased and completed before the discovery call is conducted. Required for qualification.

b) Application Processing Fee $250 (Charged AFTER Discovery Call) — Non-refundable. Covers the discovery call, credit analysis, lender matching, application preparation, and 90-day roadmap. If no loan offers are returned, the $250 is applied toward the first month of credit restoration services with Educate & Restore Credit.

c) Placement Fee 9.9% of Funded Loan Amount — Due only upon a successfully funded loan. Not charged if no loan is funded.

d) Appointment Hold $1.00 (Non-Refundable) — Required to hold the discovery call appointment.

e) Cancellation Fee $25.00 — Applies to cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.

3. NO GUARANTEE OF APPROVAL

The Company is not a lender, creditor, or loan broker. It does not make credit decisions or guarantee loan approval, specific rates, or credit score outcomes. Results vary by individual.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Client agrees to: (a) purchase and complete the $47 Action Plan prior to the discovery call; (b) provide accurate information; (c) attend the discovery call prepared in a quiet space; (d) have a clear repayment plan before pursuing funding.

5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITY

The Company does not assist with CPNs, document fabrication, bank fraud, or any misrepresentation of identity or financial information. Violation results in immediate disqualification without refund.

6. COMMUNICATIONS CONSENT

Client consents to receive communications via phone, SMS, and email including automated technology. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

8. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE

Guidance provided during the discovery call is for educational purposes only. Capital Financial Solutions LLC is not a financial advisor, underwriter, or creditor.

Capital Financial Solutions LLC and Educate and Restore Credit LLC work in sequence — credit restoration first, then loan placement — ensuring our consultants know your full profile when you return for your loan assessment. We do not guarantee loan approval or specific credit score outcomes. Results vary based on individual financial behavior, credit history, and lender decisions. By submitting this application, you authorize us to review your submitted financial information for the purpose of loan placement.
